Home today after a great weekend. Dinner is a combination of local summer squash, zucchini from Robins' garden, and re-hydrated mushrooms with chicken sausage in an Alfredo sauce and tortellini - Oh my! Dried mushrooms can be re-hydrated with warm tap water. Soak for about 20 minutes and then cook thoroughly.
Love to have fresh vegetables. I sorted all my dried mushrooms - ready for Winter.
Time to enjoy this dinner with glass(es) of Yellow Tail Merlot ...perfect evening.
